There is ample room for tent camping across several different areas of the land. There is plenty of access to potable running water, as well as toilets (both indoor plumbing and PortaPotties), and showers. Most camping areas are within 150 feet of a building, so you won’t be exactly deep in the woods. There is some access to electricity and outlets, but not at campsites. Camping at Saratoga is easy and reasonable for newbies and seasoned campers alike.

We elected to make indoor lodging available for purchase in order to keep ticket prices low and to provide fair compensation to artists. There are two bunk rooms reserved in the main lodge set aside for transwomen, BIPOC, and artists traveling free of charge, first come, first serve (you can apply for those spots here)

There is more demand than cabins available - RV or car camping is also an option, and traditional camping at Saratoga is a lovely experience, if you’re unable to get a cabin.

You must purchase a ticket for The Ever Afters Campout before submitting a reservation request

Reservations will be for the entire cabin or room, as listed. Payment will be made by cabin.

Each option indicates the number of available beds. To optimize indoor housing resources, before reservations can be confirmed, you will be asked to share the names of guests for your cabin

Accommodations will be available Thursday, 5/2/24 at 4pm through Sunday, 5/5/24 at 12pm

Statement on lodging revenue: proceeds from lodging stabilize the campout's ticket cost and makes possible fair artist compensation. All artists contributing to music programming receive the same rate.

This camping option is available for people who want to sleep in their car/truck/van/trailer. Car camping will be available for $75 and a limited number of RV hook-ups will be available for $200. If you decide you want to car camp or bring an RV after you buy your ticket, you can come back and buy this addition later
